30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or denial of the return.
Free Returns & Exchanges
BONFIRECOVE covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges. You will not be charged any restocking fees or hidden charges. Simply follow the instructions provided when you request your return authorization, and a prepaid return label will be issued to you.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number inside your package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items
