Free Shipping
BONFIRECOVE proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees – the shipping cost is always on us. This applies to every product in our catalog, including sale items and promotional bundles. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may incur additional charges, which will be clearly communicated during checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays observed by our fulfillment partners.
Handling Time
Our team requires 0 to 2 business days to carefully prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. During peak seasons (such as holidays or limited product launches), handling may extend up to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is in the carrier’s network.
Transit Time
After the handling period, standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery dates are estimated from the date of shipment, not from the order date. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, and weather conditions. BONFIRECOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment has been handed over.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and traceable delivery. The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on your location, package weight, and service availability. Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email once the shipment is scanned by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a unique tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website or by logging into your BONFIRECOVE account. If your tracking information does not update within 48 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation, please contact us at the email below.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is offered on a limited basis – please check the product page or contact us for availability. For addresses outside the contiguous U.S., additional surcharges and longer transit times may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs (including any additional shipping fees) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund. Retain all original packaging and photos of damage for claim purposes.
